Parts arrived from @sendcutsend , so I put the new fiber laser from @xtool.official to work. First time using the marking spray from @brilliancelaserinks and it came out great. A little cutting, a little engraving, and a solid morning in the shop.

Work continues on the @deckedusa power distribution panel. I needed a spot for a couple buss bars and some high amperage connectors so I made a sub assembly to hold them and then bolt onto my main bracket. The large connector will provide power and ground into the system and then once routed through circuit breakers the smaller connectors will serve the onboard air compressor and power inverter. I wanted a way to sort my gear into different kits without locking myself into one setup forever—so I made this.

This CNC-cut divider for my @milwaukeetool Packout chest keeps everything organized, but instead of being fixed in place, I designed 3D-printed slide guides so I can pull it out anytime. That means quick access to my @rei Roadtripper pouches when I need them, but also the ability to reconfigure and completely change my loadout whenever I want.

Paired it with custom 3D-printed brackets to mount the pouches securely, so everything stays put. Now my gear is dialed in—but not locked down.

I love the @fi.dogs collar, but I wanted a better way to charge it—so I designed this custom holder with a magnetically attached cord cover, a built-in cable spool, and M3x20 screws for a sturdy bracket. I even added a light transmission pipe so I can still see the LED indicator.

Now, no more tangled cords or sliding chargers—just a clean and easy setup. What do you think?

Last year, I built a custom LTE Wi-Fi solution designed for deployment anywhere—from major metro areas to places where reliable service was hard to find. These systems traveled nationwide, proving their reliability. Now, they’re heading out on tour again this year with the same customer, keeping them connected wherever they go.

To keep them running, @bsnlive and I developed a dedicated service kit with every tool and spare part needed for quick repairs. I 3D-printed custom organizers to keep everything efficiently packed inside a Milwaukee Packout, built to handle life on the road.

Filament storage, leveled up! I started with a brilliant bracket design from @printablescom that was originally created for mounting filament spools in an @ikeausa bookcase. But I didn’t stop there—I adapted the design to work perfectly with my custom CNC-cut plywood panel and wireframe cart setup!

This project really highlights how a great design can be reimagined to fit new spaces and needs. The Inventables X-Carve brought the plywood panel to life, while the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon handled both the original and customized 3D-printed brackets with ease.

I’ve got a 16x24 chroma rag working on an outdoor set, needed a way to store and protect it every night. The most efficient and rapid solution I could come up with works kind of like an upside down window shade. The upper batten is 1.5” speed rail with 4x 3/8” multi line ropes to haul and lower it. The lower point is 1.5” steel pipe with a custom made coupler that I built onsite, that pipe is rigged through 2x pillow blocks so that it can rotate. On camera left side I extended the axle/steel pipe and added an endless loop of tech 12 and pulled tension with an idler pulley. The whole system is able to be lowered and raised by 3 grips and deployed or stored in about 3 mins time. The new drawer dividers I came up with for my @deckedusa drawers are working great. The bottom panel has the @milwaukeetool Packout pattern in order to hold the compact organizers. Working on building a cabinet to rack all of my organizing trays into. I have 2 different styles that are slightly different sizes. Put some planning into a way to only have to fabricate one tray style that is interchangeable with either type.
